I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason without question.Refunds will only be accepted before the client receives the completed work. Refunds will not be accepted after completion of the work.You may use the commissioned work for personal use only (this includes avatars, signatures, wallpapers, etc.), but credit must be given.I reserve the rights of to the artwork, so you may not use the commissioned work for any projects (commercial or nonprofit) without express permission, nor redistribute the artwork as your own.Unless the client requests otherwise, commissioned work may be displayed as an example of work for future clients.Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens or in artificial intelligence art. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.By inquiring about a commission, you acknowledge that you have both read and accepted these terms, and will follow them as expected.
Character Designs
These are strictly for personal use. Email me for commercial work.Standard Character Designs consist of concept sketches, one full body reference, and unlimited minimal design changes.Design & Reference Sheets consist of everything stated prior, with a full reference sheet (including side profiles, scar maps, tattoo refs, etc), and one free major design changeMinimal changes are aspects such as colour palette altering, and small features.Major changes are aspects that either require their own concept sketches before being implemented into the design.All prices are listed in NZD.
